I adore You, my God, and I thank You for having created me, made me a Christian and preserved me this day. I love You with all my heart and I am sorry for having sinned against You, because You are infinitely good.
I propose, with the help of Your grace, never to offend You again. I offer You my sleep and all the moments of this night. May they all be for Your greater glory. Protect me while I sleep so that my soul may be ever awake to You, and cause me to awaken to sing Your praises. Amen.
