O Blessed Saint Joseph, faithful guardian of my Redeemer Jesus Christ, protector of His holy Mother Mary, I choose thee this day to be my special patron and advocate. Into thy hands I commend all my needs, my intentions, my hopes, and my life itself.
Help me, O Saint Joseph, to imitate thy holy life of silent service, deep humility, and perfect surrender to God's will. As thou didst watch over the Holy Family, watch over mine. And obtain for me from thy foster Son the grace to live and die in peace. Amen.
